No ATV's to be driven on property. There are plenty of trails just down the road. No hunting or use of firearms on property. No fireworks or explosives on property. Pets are welcome if they are house trained and well behaved.
$75 pet fee for extra cleaning
Primary renter must be 25 or older
Renter acknowledge that a $300 security deposit might be charged if damage occurs during the stay.
Early check in or late check out might be available for an additional fee depending on availability. Ask when you are requesting to book.

The space
along with a large bedroom with two queen beds. Here, there's never a dull moment, as the downstairs area features a foosball table, a pool table, slot machines, video poker, an electronic dart machine, an arcade machine (complete with hundreds of games) The downstairs lounge also includes a wet bar with a built-in microwave and mini-fridge, along with a sizeable sectional sofa and 65” flat screen TV with surround sound. All these comforts make the space perfect for cozy movie nights.On the grand main level, lie 2 spacious bedrooms, containing roomy, cushioned window seats, offering full a mountain view. Imagine waking up to that. The master bedroom consists of a remote controlled, real flame fireplace, as well as a custom tile shower and double vanity sink in the master bath. The main level is truly a family oriented area. Its open floor plan allows for conversation between the kitchen, dining and living room. . The wood burning fireplace and large open windows allow for a more spectacular view, and create the most relaxing atmosphere.
Perched above a hidden entrance lies a massive, railed loft, decked out with a large sectional sofa, flat screen TV, and has plenty of head space.Step outside from the main living area onto the wrap-around porch, and you’ll get a panoramic view of the pasture, woods and mountain’s. Here you will find a one of a kind 65” Smoke Hollow Grill and comfortable patio furniture. If you ever wish to step outside this paradise, and get even closer with nature there are several public trails located just a mile down the road available for exploring. Or perhaps you’d like to take a plunge in the Hot Tub, complete with lights and waterfall. There is also a horse shoe pit. You will not be disappointed with A Heavenly Valley and its amenities. This breath taking cabin will serve as the perfect vacation spot for couples, families, friends and everything in between. So bring your fur babies and come on up!

We are located a mile from public trails and 2 miles from the famous swinging bridge. Access to the property is off a paved road. No truck or 4 wheel drive required as with many of the local cabins. Also, there is plenty of parking.
A $300 refundable deposit is required if you do not have 5 or more positive reviewes. You will not be billed for this unless there is damage after you leave.
There is a $75 non refundable pet fee to off set cleaning cost. This will be billed separately after booking.
Depending on availability and cleaning schedule early check in or late check out might be available for a extra fee. Please message me at booking regarding your request and I will provide more information.
You are more then welcome to bring your own firewood or we can provide it for an additional $20 fee. Be sure to let me know at least a week before check in so we can have it delivered.
