WE WORK HARD TO MAKE YOUR VACATION EASY

“I want to personally handle a lot of details during my getaway.” — No One Ever.

From big things like helping you choose the ideal property, compiling comprehensive local guidebooks, and arranging awe-inspiring excursions, to tiny but lovely touches like connecting you to wi-fi with a click of your smartphone camera… SVR is on it, so you don’t have to be.

You and your friends and family enjoy the time off in the mountains — we’ll take care of the rest.

MOUNTAIN LIVING, FIVE-STAR STANDARDS

Glamping tree houses to luxury mountain top lodges, ours are the best equipped, cleanest and most meticulously maintained properties this side of the Plaza Hotel (Editor’s Note: Actually cleaner than the iconic NYC landmark, but we if we say that they’ll sue us).

Triple-sheeted beds you can bounce a dime off, luxury towels, linens, and pillows fit for royalty, and fully outfitted kitchens, grills and firepits.

We personally go over every property with a fine toothed comb before our guests arrive to ensure that no detail goes overlooked.

Reviews

Guest Jennifer stayed at The Roost:

"Cabin was extremely clean and everything met all our expectations. We had such a great time!"

Guest Michael stayed at Wildcat Retreat:

"Quite location"

Guest Bonnie stayed at Hedgehog Hideaway:

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while in town for The Hooch ride out of Two Wheels of Suches. The property is conveniently located just a short distance from Two Wheels, making it an excellent choice for riders. Tip #1: : Take screenshots of your directions they send BEFORE arriving. There is little to no cell service between Two Wheels and the rental property, although the Wi-Fi at the cabin worked perfectly throughout our stay. Tip #2: I highly recommend bringing a small plug-in fan. The loft area (where the bed is located) does get quite warm upstairs. Fortunately, there are plenty of electrical outlets available in the loft. The fan made all the difference and we slept very comfortably! The gravel driveway leading in/out of the property can become a bit challenging when wet, particularly after heavy rain like we experienced. While four-wheel drive is not required, it may provide a little extra peace of mind if weather conditions are less than ideal. During our stay, I took a day trip on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway and another into Murphy, North Carolina, both of which were enjoyable and easily accessible from the property. I did share a few minor suggestions with the management team, but they were simply recommendations and did not affect our stay in any way. Communication was excellent, and staff responded quickly and professionally throughout the weekend. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to booking with this company for next year’s trip!"

Guest Jimmy stayed at Burnett Cottage:

"Great View"

Guest Keisha stayed at Porter Springs Farmhouse:

"My friends and I had such an enjoyable stay in this unique and beautiful cabin! Many hours were spent yapping on the screened in porch. As rustic as this cabin is, it's got comfy furnishings like plush bedding, and all the modern amenities like dishwasher and great wifi. This is a don't miss property if you wanna get away from it all and try something unique. Perfect getaway, very close to some breathtaking wineries (like Three Sisters), downtown Dahlonega, and natural beauties like trails and waterfalls."

Guest Kathy stayed at Blue Door Cabin:

"Great place to stay. Very clean and good location between Dahlonega and Helen. Would stay there again."

Guest Camille stayed at Blue Ridge Sky Chalet:

"Great location for visiting downtown Blue Ridge. The host was very communicative and asked for suggestions for future renters, and I only had minor things to say about what could have been better. Overall a great property."

Guest David stayed at Cascading Creek Lodge:

"Great communication with the host. Super peaceful, quiet place and the running creek in the back was the best. More than advertised."

Guest Sarah stayed at Selah:

"Our stay at this wonderful cabin was excellent from start to finish. The home was so clean and comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen and everything was beautifully decorated. Games and activities are available for use when we weren't out exploring the area. The beds were comfortable. A generous supply of starter supplies was provided. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone who is considering a stay here. You won't be disappointed!"

Guest Carla stayed at Saddle Tree:

"If you are looking for something off the beaten path and relaxing then this is your place! You will need and SUV or truck to get there but it's worth it. The property is gorgeous and peaceful, from no one being around and the sound of the creek. I enjoyed sitting in the swing reading a book while my husband grilled dinner. If you want you can access the creek as well to cool off. The inside of the house is very clean, simple and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware whether you are cooking dinner or baking. There are two twin beds in the loft however we did not use those, but the king bed down stairs was extremely comfortable. They provided plenty of towels and amenities. Communication was quick and great leading up to our stay as well as when we were there if we needed. The only two things I would adjust (but does not effect that we will be back) is label the light switches, it was very hard to find out what went to what. Also it was very hot inside when we got there and took most of the evening to cool down. Maybe the day of set the thermostat to 75 so it's a little cooler when guests arrive. Over all we LOVED our stay and will be back for sure!"
