If you cancel 30 days before check in you'll receive 50% of your reservation fees back plus cleaning. After 30 days no refund.
There is a $300 deposit required on all bookings and you will be charged 5 days before check in. This deposit will be returned withing 72 hours of checkout if there are no damages.
